Welcome to Hollywood Pools. These terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services.

By accessing this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. If you do not not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our site or services.

1. Services

Hollywood Pools offers:

  • pool cleaning and maintenance

  • Equipment repair

  • custom pool construction

  • Modern pool features (LED Lighting, UV chlorination, water features)

  • Backyard transformations

  • Pool remodels, including resurfacing, tile updates, coping, and layout changes.

Note​: This is not a full list of services we provide. Please contact us directly for a customized quote or to inquire about additional services.

All services are subject to availability and may require a written service agreement.

2. Payments

Hollywood Pools does not accept payment through this website. All payments for services are handled directly and are due as agreed in your service contract or invoice.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Cash

  • Zelle

  • Apple Pay

  • Venmo

Late payments may result in service delays or additional fees.​

3. Cancellations

To cancel or reschedule a service, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Liability

While we aim to deliver high-quality service, Hollywood Pools is not liable for:

  • Damages caused by misuse of the pool or equipment.

  • Weather-related issues or acts of nature

  • Failure to follow provided care or safety instructions.

Clients are responsible for safe and proper use of their pool and equipment unless otherwise specified in writing.​

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website-including:

  • Text

  • Images

  • Logos

  • Designs

Is the property of Hollywood Pools and may not be copied, modified, or reused without written permission.

6. Privacy
